65-4127b[3]) and possession of drug paraphernalia (K.S.A.
65-4152[a][2]). The trial court suppressed the evidence seized
during the checklane operation. We have jurisdiction under K.S.A.
20-3018(c) (transfer on our motion from the Court of Appeals).
